“I'm really pleased to see that so many young people are concerned for the physically challenged population of this country,” said Mr. Alam while an intern was measuring his blood pressure in a park near Dhanmondi Lake.
'Project Sunrise' is a free medical camp, where different medical facilities are provided to the park dwellers free of cost. It is organized year round by the English Medium branch of Physically-Challenged Development Foundation (PDF). It is meant to promote its numerous activities especially designed for the disabled. Our main intention is to create awareness about disability and to involve mass people in this movement of making a difference.
